Summary: The Storeroom Associate is responsible for verifying that all non-stock material has an adequate supply of items needed within various departments. This position works closely with CCG’s Purchasing team and vendors to ensure that material reorder points are on time with no delays in incoming receipt of material. This position is responsible for unloading all non-stock material, verifying counts, and inspecting incoming products for damage. This position is responsible for storing non-stock material to appropriate locations and pulling material as needed for each department. This position works closely with the Logistics team to ensure material is promptly transferred between sites. This position is responsible for performing daily cycle counts along with the Inventory Control team and making system adjustments to correct inventory discrepancies.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Performs ERP system transactions as appropriate.
- Assist with the completion of all cycle counts.
- Works safely within the parameters of and comply with company policies.
- Prepares and maintains all inventory records.
- Assist with investigations into inventory shortages and discrepancies.
- Put away inventory.
- Follow FIFO/FEFO processes.
- Keep track of business trends.
- Participate in continuous improvement processes.
- Work within Compliance of ISO 9001-2015 quality standards and cGMP regulations in all manufacturing areas.
- Maintain company quality standards in accordance with company quality goals. Identify process deviation and take immediate action to reduce threats to project objectives.
- Daily organization and cleanliness of work area in compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Reporting all near misses and first aid events.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Forklift certification/license.
- At least 2 years warehouse experience.
- Ability to read and comprehend procedures written in English.
- Ability to complete paperwork accurately in English.
- Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
- Prior use of barcode scanning preferred.
- Previous inventory kitting experience preferred.
- Work is normally performed in a climate-controlled office environment and throughout a heated manufacturing and warehouse facility.
- The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
